Map your Leadership Authority

Mapping your inner relationship to the many dimensions of leadership can be a very clarifying and liberating process. This constellation workshop is for human beings – including leadership coaches, leaders, founders, managers and parents.

Where do you find your inner authority to lead? What does ‘leadership’ mean to you at a personal, individual level? How can you lead in such a way that others will follow? How can you follow those that lead?

Who and what resources you and gives you permission and autonomy to lead?

This workshop is designed to give you answers to these questions in a way that resonates with who you are, where you come from and how you’d like to be as a leader.

The workshop originated as a result of an invitation from Henley Business School to design and facilitate a workshop on this subject. He has facilitated this a number of times at the School and this is the first time it has been offered outside of the UK.

This workshop is open to those who are interested in exploring and finding a better alignment with ‘leadership authority’: their own and others. If you have an interest in the application of constellations and current questions about leadership, power and authority you will find the day insightful and resourcing.

The workshop will invite you to explore and illuminate your inner relationship to leadership, your sense of the leadership you ‘met’ in your family system, then leaders, leadership models and ideas you’ve experienced since.

Leadership that others want to follow requires you to do more than build your self-awareness, it also requires an understanding of relative position, relative size and purpose. This understanding begins within, your inner constellation of self-leadership, and gets expressed without, in your leadership of others. If you are interested in creating the conditions for leadership that resources you and others and is aligned with your sense of your true self, then this workshop will really resource you.

The day will include opportunities to map your leadership challenges as well as your resources – the people, values and frameworks that re-source you as you tune into your own authority in leadership or leadership coaching.

There will also be opportunities to illuminate hidden dynamics in particular situations that you are currently facing. This is personal development in service of authentic leadership of self.
